Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA, how we test, and how to report an accessibility barrier.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
LawsuitGuard is committed to making lawsuitguard.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is core to what we do — our own product audits websites against these standards — so we hold this site to the same bar.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and adopted internationally (including EN 301 549 for the European Accessibility Act).
How we test
We combine automated and manual review: automated checks with axe-core on every scanned build, plus manual keyboard-only navigation, visible-focus checks, screen-reader spot-checks, color-contrast verification, and target-size review. Automated tools can only verify part of WCAG, so manual testing is part of our release process.
Measures we take
We use semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate, maintain visible keyboard focus, provide sufficient color contrast, support text resizing and reflow, and design interactive controls to meet minimum target sizes.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we prioritize accessibility fixes and will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative method where necessary.
Feedback and how to report a barrier
We welcome your feedback. If you experience any difficulty accessing part of this site, contact us and we will respond promptly:
- Email: accessibility@lawsuitguard.com
- What to include: the page URL, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a remediation timeline where a fix is needed.
